The Canyons neighborhood (formerly Cedar Shores) is located on the west side of Lake Whitney in Morgan, Texas. We are the voluntary members of the Cedar Shores Community Center whose goal is to maintain the beauty of our community and to voice the concerns of the residents. There is not a mandatory property owners’ association but we accept donations which primarily help with road, dock, and community center repairs and maintenance. We host a monthly fundraiser in the form of a community potluck on the second Saturday of every month.
